When I replaced mine I took the old ones in to the local plastic shop and they cut the new ones for me. You can cut them yourself fairly easily but I went the easy route. I was not able to find the rubber gasket so I bonded mine into the aluminum frames. I think it was Sikaflex 291 that I used. If you use a sealant, whatever you use make sure to follow the manufacturer's instructions. Mine are still well sealed after about 10 years but a boat neighbour used the same stuff without proper preparation and did not have good results. Don't use silicone!
