I am the sailing instructor at Safe Harbor Boys Home in Jacksonville, FL. We are a unique residential home in that each boy in our program lives on a boat donated to our program (one boy per boat). In addition to academics and counseling, they also learn boat maintenance and handling. One of our donated boats is a Pearson 26. After hurricane Irma last year this Pearson was damaged and I am trying to find parts to repair her. Specifically I am looking to reconnect the tiller to the rudder post. I have no budget for repairs so ideally I would like to find a donor or salvage boat I can get parts from.
