What? 4 sockets or are they Phillips head screw drivers, welded to a plate?
Ok That is cool.

They are 4 deep 6 point sockets welded to the plate. The hardest part was finding a store which had 4 the same size in stock!

Thanks. I have had to think out of the box a few times. Some things work really well and some sort of. Here is a couple examples. I never did figure out how the builder ever got the original conduit in the mast and fixed the way it was, but I figured another way to do it based on ideas from fellow forum members. These forums are a great way to exchange ideas.

Conduit in a mast is a relatively easy task if you have the mast on saw horses in a yard.

Buy PVC to serve as conduit.
Reach inside the mast with something like a 2x4. You what to position the conduit on top of the 2x4 being held against the mast.
Drill a hole through the mast and conduit.
Slip a small rivet into the hole and pull the conduit up to the mast with the rivet.
Continue working your way along the mast spacing the rivets about ever 2-4 feet in a straight line.
Enough to hold the conduit in place.

Pass your wires through the conduit and wire up the lights or transducer as needed.
