New Owner of a Catalina 310

We have just bought a 2007 Catalina 310 after selling our 2005 Catalina 320. The layout of the 310 seems to be very suited for two adults and two standard poodles. We sail the Chesapeake Bay near Annapolis. The 310 will have AC installed ASAP and the autopilot may not be working but overall the boat is in excellent condition. We are looking forward to lots of sailing on her.

Congratulations. We will share an anniversary --- just celebrated our 20th year with our boat at the Canadian Catalina Rendezvous on Thetis Island, BC.
