New Isinglass got small scratch

Sorry not sure what I have but had a lot of cloudy windows and that was what my biggest problem was and was thinking of replacing them so after seeing a YouTube with Xplastic and small buffing pad used to clean the cloudy window and even got rid of very bad marks.
How do I find out if I have what Jerry said,I now use 101 every year to clean and polish windows and they are looking good since 2007 in Florida hot weather.

When I had the boat heat shrink covered for the winter the first year I owned it in RI, the assh*le got his damn heat gun too close to our dodger windows and it deformed the plastic. Of course, I didn't notice until spring. My 2 cents; no heat gun.
