My old dinette table has just about lived all the life it has in it. We are hoping to stay out on the boat a couple nights this weekend so I decided to whip out a new table. Really, all I did was get a new piece of Birch plywood and cut it to the original dimension. I reused the old hardware and Sharlene applied the stain/varnish (poly).

Always VERY weird stepping off the boat after several days and immediately having to not only drive, but pull a trailer, in reverse, etc! I hate it. The real world is "out there", where there are no roads!

@w4swk ... here is my Dad's Taylorcraft we had when I was growing up. He went through a couple other planes, but the TCraft was "the" one.

Believe it or not, this was NOT Florida ...

This is too weird! In 1987, I bought a 1941 Taylorcraft...still have it! I have had it apart and back together twice now. It is going through its third restoration! I will NEVER sell it...you just can't beat a good old Taylorcraft!

Currently...
