Hunter ACP problem

I just wonder why Hunter didn't recall or offer all ACP hull owners some sort of replacement discount. I've contacted them several times and never received any reply by phone or email.

It's no wonder that people get fed up with a manufacturer and no longer buy their products in the future.

I suppose the fix is done already, but I would have though bolted though the bottom of the hull through a matching stainless backing plate on the bottom and sandwiched the boat between them. Perhaps even extended the two plates farther forward a few more inches just to extend the torque arm.

Then I would sell the boat and buy something a bit better made.
