Masthead sheeves

Can anyone advise on the size of the pulley (O/Dia, thickness and bore I/Dia ) for the masthead sheeve on a Catalina 28? And what material might be best suited ? At present the existing pulleys are original as fitted 1990 I believe plastic/nylon

Also anyone changed existing pulleys for an alternative ?

Boat is UK based so there`s the usual delivery time problem obtaining a USA product

I have a '97 Catalina 28 Mk II - and found CatalinaDirect more than helpful.

Specifically it transpires that over the years, Catalina delivered these boats with several mast types - we had to nail down precisely which mast type I had before ordering the sheaves - which I am fitting next week.
I dealt with a really helpful and knowledgeable guy named Kent - he's a walking encyclopedia!!
