I have a 2002 Catalina 350. My engine just started loosing power intermittently. It has not stalled but there is a definite rpm loss which comes back. I had annual service in May and the filter was changed. My question is why and secondly is there a second filter I need to look for. I think there is but I'm going to look tomorrow. Any ideas?

Westerbeke has a great website with all the manuals including parts - operating (including troubleshooting) and maintenance. You might start there. There is a secondary filter hidden beneath the fuel injector unit of the engine according to the parts manual.

Intermittent loss of power is often due to one of two problems.
1. Clogged fuel line/filter(s)
2. Air leak into the fuel line.
You mentioned that you had recently done a filter change?
Check the seal on the filter and the hose clamps on the fuel lines to
and from the filter. Also check the lines themselves for cracks/splits.
