Lost Spring

What do you do when you lose a spring on these? Does anyone sell replacement springs?
I can’t find any.

My local hardware has drawers of springs. Maybe Home Depot or Lowes would have more.

To be honest, I threw the now-useless thing in the trash, and bought another one plus three spares. Now, I'm more careful with the springs and haven't lost another one. Yet.
