At that price, I'd buy two. It looks like the Lewmar V1 I bought a few years back. It was about five years ago that I paid $1169.00 and that was the best price at the time.
Here's how I installed mine on a 1999 Hunter 310 and have had excellent service and no leaks. Apologies for the grainy appearance but the original was too large to fit here.

Before you buy it, see if you can find a few other guys that already have particular one & see what they think of it.
On my B32-3, I went with the 1000 model even with rope rode.. You should look at the number from Lewmar as far as specs. I can't imagine a 700 on my boat. Don't scrimp on money here. I'm glad I went with the 1000, as later I got a free CQR 35, and 5/16 G4 for a dollar a foot- new!
