Looking to buy a Hunter 450 / 456

My wife and I are looking to buy a Hunter Passage 450/456 CC. There are only a few on Yacht World and I would prefer to buy one directly from the owner (no brokers).

@Blackacre Not sure, even with a 5.5 foot draft, I would want to take a boat like that too far south of the SF Airport. The water get pretty thin unless your in the center of the Bay. And even then you could find one of those rumored sand shoals south of the San Mateo bridge.
