light fixtures in the 309

Gents,
Any one replaced a light fixture in the forward v berth? I was trying to replace the candesant bulb and snapped off the posts in the fixture. I'm thinking I'll just snip the wires and replace the whole fixture. Anyone done this? If so what fixture did you use? Thanks in advance for the advice/help.

If its the swivel reading light, they're available from numerous sources, though might not match the old one exactly. You can get matching replacements from the Catalina parts department in Florida - they use the same fixture on every model (though they replace the incandescent bulbs with LEDs on the current boats).
