Leak in 23.5 water ballast tank

When re installing the centerboard housing I told Hunter to put sealant on top of that bracket using pure silicon archetitectual style but some used 5200 which is not recommended. In-house forget too do so , simply put sealant around the retaining bolt head and that will keep the water out

I to had a leak of about 5 gallions after a day of sailing. So I followed everyones (good) suggestions from this older thread. Still had the leak. Surprised no one mentioned this. (Pics).
Cleaned it up, Sealer around top and bottom, tightened it up. And I no longer have water in the boat..... yay
