Kelt 9M Owners

I'm going to be checking out an 84 Kelt 9M that has recently come up for sale. I'm hoping some Kelt or Keire owners might have some advice on what to focus my initial inspection on.

Believe Kelt was bought by Kirie, a French operation. I spent a couple of weeks sailing the Windwards on a Kirie Feeling 48 and it was both beautiful and fast. A sailor's boat for sure. But I'm biased, I think the French boat designers have a great tradition of fast and beautiful.
