Does anyone know where I can find a picture or diagram (any example) of how to rig a inhauler for the jib sheets. I know it will be different for most boats, but maybe it will give me some ideas.

It is a barber haul

I think the device you are describing is a barber haul (or hauler) which is a block and tackle which pulls a head sail sheet in towards the centre of the boat. This is useful if you haven't (or don't want to use) an inner sail trim track. You are quite correct that these vary with boat design. I don't use barber hauls and so have no pictures. You might find something for your boat by doing a internet search using barber haul (or hauler) and your type of boat.

Barber hauler

The Corsair trimaran's use them .They come from the factory set up this way.I've seen the manuals describe and use pictures showing routing of them. You might try that website

To save money....

Tie a stainless ring on the barber-hauler and run the jib sheet threw it instead of using block on the end of the line. On a spinaker, these are called twingers and are similar in concept.
