A few here may remember Jeremy from the Cruising World Forum and then CSBB days.

Witty, interesting and a real gentleman, it was always a delight to read his posts. He was a vault of knowledge about sailboats and sailing having worked in the boat building field in the UK in his younger days.

He was a well known marine sailor, writer and editor having worked on most of the sailing mags for years before wrapping up his career at Good Old Boat.

I was always under the impression he was a relatively young man; sorry to hear he has passed.

Thanks for sharing the news Tom. We only swapped emails but he seemed like quite the guy. I enjoyed his articles in the sailing magazines every month. Sad to hear that, he will certainly be missed.

Very sad news.. He was a wealth of information, always a gentleman, and like Jon E. one of the good guys who just passed the bar too early...

Do any of you know what caused him to cross the bar?
