Is Bristol Cushions inc still in business

The interior shades on my 2002 Passage 456 were made by Bristol Cushions inc any know if they are still in business? Or if you can find replacements that match the fabric color at another source? I have one stained and I can't seem to get the stains out so I was thinking about getting a replacement if I could match color and fabric.

The Bristol Yacht Interiors website takes you to this site: www.straightlinefabrication.com but they don't seem to be the same company judging by the address. Bristol Yachts is in Rhode Island while the other seems to have a Massachusetts address. Also, some of their site is down for construction.

I cannot find them either. OceanAire makes nice drop down pleated shades, but custom sizes are really pricey compared to what Bristol offered.

I succeeded in getting in touch with them about 5 years ago - they were very helpful but i cant find the receipt, but pretty sure i looked them up and called them
