Confession time: I almost bought one of those Yugo POS's when I got out of the Army in 1987. I was saved by the grace of God, and the STAGGERING insurance premiums. I was able to buy a lightly used Buick Skyhawk (yet another POS car, but slightly less so, and MUCH sportier) for the same monthly out of pocket. Dodged a bullet on that one!
