Vann, I think mine is a simple strip of 1/4" by 1/2" wide closed cell foam weatherstrip tape .. from Depot or Lowes.
My bungee to hold the lid open has damaged it a bit, but here is what it looks like:
Of equal importance is to install a trap in the bilge drain. This prevents all of your cold air from running out when the lid is opened or the gasket is not sealing.
for drain trap just upturn the drain hose and fill it with water. It forms a water seal allowing draining from ice box yet prevent foul smell, if any from bilge into box.
