Rock bands feel the same way...
Same thing with anyone that has owned vinyl. I built a small, temporary stage riser with plywood & carpet on top of milk crates once upon a time

I also used them to eliminate low spots in my boat tarp a couple of years ago

Ya know, I, among many others, have used milk crates to be FURNITURE as well as storage.

So with all of the warnings on the crates that say "Penalty for Theft" or whatever,
why aren't millions of us in jail for milk crate abuse?????

huh.

Thanks for the clarification. I stand corrected.

A cubic foot of water contains 7.48 gallons. I used 8 gallons to make the mental math easier. :)

https://www.metric-conversions.org/volume/cubic-feet-to-us-liquid-gallons.htm

A cubic foot of water weighs 62.43 lbs, which means a gallon weighs 8.35 lbs.

http://convert-to.com/conversion/wa...water-volume-to-pound-lb-of-water-weight.html

So, using the example I posted earlier, the weight of 15 cubic feet of water is 936.45 lbs. Close enough to make the point that water is heavy and salt water is heavier yet.
