Hey there! I just came from a sea trial/survey for a very nice Hunter 37.5 and I'm very interested in the boat, but saw that there was water leaking onto the cabin walls when we went to sea. There's also mold in one of the cabinet that appears to come from said leak. I was wondering if anyone's familiar with these leaks and where they come from, how to fix them?

Attached is a picture of the leak. It happened in the first few minutes after the boat heeled, and then stopped a few minutes later. It seems like some accumulation on the deck leaked inside when we heeled.

Is there a chainplate or piece of hardware directly above the leak on the deck?

The chainplates are the closest looking candidate, but the surveyor didn't think it came from them, I think because they were snug and didn't seem to have any water around them.

The leak seems to exist on both sides of the boat at the same spot.
