Hunter Control Panel Box

Nice 2004 Hunter 41 with a really bad caulk job Does anyone know ehere I can get a replacement edging to this control box, and anyone have any ideas on best way to clean up the old caulk on the gelcoat ?

a small buffing wheel on a cordless drill might do the trick. Then reseal it with butyl tape.
