New to the Forum, just purchased a 94 Vision 36. I have been looking for a while and found this one that had a tough time the last 5 years. All together she is pretty clean, had to take the head off the engine, 2 stuck valves and 2 bent pushrods, but have her back together and she is purring like a kitten until the Low pressure pump quit. Found a quick temporary fix by putting a low pressure 12v inline pump on. Following that we got the boat back to the dock. Ordered a new low pressure pump from yanmar, $120, will install tomorrow and keep the inline 12v pump on board in case or a repeat.
I have many other things to do on the boat to get her where I want but that is all part of the fun.
