I just bought a 26.5 and I’m having trouble getting it moved because of the winged keel. Can someone tell me how wide keel is?

Pretty sure it's less than 24", I will be at my house tomorrow afternoon and I will get you an exact measurement.

you are using a modified power boat trailer? If so can you float the on and off it and feel comfortable transporting it long distances?

Thanks for the response. I’m trying to figure out how to move this thing around.

    I was right, it's less than 24".
    23 and 7/8" wide.

I guess my trailer is a modified power boat trailer ( It's for sale, but you have to take the boat, too). You would a need a deep and long ramp, and a tongue extension to ramp launch it. The boat has been stored for over a decade, it was loaded on the trailer by travel lift and driven about 30 miles home. Life got in the way of getting it back on the water and then I bought a different boat. It may become a retirement project and I'll turn it into a Wednesday beer can racer. The boat has a 9' beam, I wouldn't go real far without permits and insurance.
