Hunter 25 Keel Maintenance

Have an 83 H25 I bought 2 years ago, first time out of the water. Been scraping and sanding the bottom which seems in pretty good shape overall - but would like advice on 2 issues with the keel - pictures attached
1) bare iron spots - what do I apply to the surface prior to painting
2) Aft side 'smile' (also a less pronounced smile on the fore side, not shown)

On your smile I would grind it out and put 5200 by 3M to fill it. On the keel I like to use Por15 products. I have done two keels with this and they still look new. The oldest one is eight years.

My "smile" doesn't make me smile. Looks like the keel is falling off. Interested in this discussion.
