Hunter 25.5 forstay chain plate attachment?

If anyone ever replaced or took off the forestay chainplate, I need a good description how this is attached to the deck as there is one damaged and I can only guess. So if anyone is out there who knows how this attached, please advise specifically to the 25.5.

Hi Crazy Dave, I took some photos today however the inside photos were not as good as GBorsuk's. I did take a couple of the outside, maybe that would help.
