Does anyone know Make/Model of this Head waste diverter valve? I need new O-rings and or rebuild kit. Thanks. IMG_1473.JPG

I would avoid the ones with ports that rotate and have the ports sealed internally with o rings. My experience with those indicates that they leak by the o rings with any deflection applied by the attached hoses. Those models also tend to be more expensive.

I disagree. Y-valves, like toilets, need a bit of maintenance and o-rings are a lot less expensive than y-valves. The only alternative to rotating "barrel" y-valves is y-valve has only a little "gate" that swings to block one side or the other. I've never seen one of those that doesn't leak within a year or two...something as small as a grape seed can jam it. Use adapter fittings if necessary to eliminate any deflection tugging.
