H26 Stern Rail Seats For Sale or Drawings.

My H26 does not have stern rail seats. Ever since I bought my 1994 H26 and afterward learned of the existence of these seats, I have suffered from "stern rail seat envy"! Hunter no longer offers these add on's. Does anyone know of a set for sale or have any Hunter drawings for these? Thanks, BrianW

Great Fabricator in D'Iberville

Cant remember the name but you could see his yard from 110 and the front of the shop is on the road up to the other side of Walmart with the drawings and some pictures I bet he could make them.

He maybe could even be a source for others looking to have them made.

So much has changed since we moved away. Now that I think about it,my daughter was in second grade and she is now in graduate school. But more than just the time Katrina really changed things. Eras used to separated by before Camille and after or before the casinos and since but now it is before Katrina and now.

Hunter no longer has the drawings as they were lost in the bankruptcy. It is as one person at Hunter said, a bummer.

Confused

Are you talking about the seat itself or the stainless sternrail with seat? Your picture seems to show that you have the sternrail on the boat. Is that correct?
If you just need a drawing of the polyethylene seat I will make you a drawing. Shouldn't take more than a few minutes.

If however you need drawings or the sternrail itself, that would be difficult.

John, I'm talking about the factory-made stern rails that incorporated seats that extended out beyond the transom. My H-26 has a stern rail, but not the one with inset seats incorporated into the design. This stern rail was offered by Hunter as standard equipment on later H26s and as an aftermarket product. Just attaching a seat in the corner of a stern rail doesn't provides the added space. BrianW

Ok, I see what you're saying. As I have time, I'll take up the cause and see about making a 3D model and prints. But, I make no promises as to a time frame. Maybe in a month as I have time.

I bought our boat in 2005 and it did not have the stern rails. I called Hunter right away and they made me some from prints. I guess I should have asked them for copies of the drawings!

I don't know if I am going to get in trouble here with SBO.com, but I have a CNC machine and I can cut them easily. If you can find a drawing or if some one would make a paper copy of them, I could provide an estimate of the cost to cut.
