Good morning,all!
I am considering a Grampian 30'. Is it a good boat? Are there issues that should/must be taken into consideration?
Thanks.

Foggy, where are you? This is a great big wind boat.. the space is good for a 30.. but not great.. its not a catalina.

Very functional, easy to sail and maintain, SOLID built (over built) many have sailed it all over the world.

But in light winds.. its a bit of a pig.. more so than some 30's. A big Genoa in lights winds you will need ;)

I just bought a 72 Grampian 30 hull #75; and so far she appears stout...yet i just got the a4 running and new running rigging, so she has yet to see action, but seems built like a tank. that floats
