Welcome to Maine. It has been two days since our last blizzard, so naturally we are going to have another. I just finished removing the last of the snow from my deck. Boating seems far away now

I'm running out of places to push the snow. Thinking it's time to trade the truck for a bucket loader.

It was 70 F here in central VA today..... dang.... I had pulled my O.B. and it is supposed to sail later this week... so, no sailing today... but it was on my mind for sure.

It's a beautiful storm today on the coast of Maine. Best enjoyed from this side of the glass.

Just finished my first plowing. 16" at 8:30 this morning. Relatively heavy granular snow here.

We got off much easier that you did. No more than 12" of light fluffy stuff here.

I feel for you guys. This was taken on the hook yesterday morning. After our local sailing club's annual Chili Cook-off cruise Saturday evening.

Hey Todd,
We made out pretty well here in CT - between my son and I (living together now) we have two snow blowers. Mine is a single stage Honda, his is a two stage Toro. The Honda is mr. reliable - tough to kill and is great for the light stuff. I was thinking you need one for your deck! The Toro's weakness is the B&S motor - has to be babied a bit. An added problem is that my son was using #10 brass screws for shear pins, which didn't last long. I changed to 1/4" Gr2 bolts with full body through the shear area - much better. Bring on the snow!
