I have a furlex 300 that decided to stop rotating (see video). Does anyone suggest a root cause/solution?

Thanks for the reply. I’ve removed the drum and wanted to avoid ascending the mast.http://www.seldenmast.com/files/595-104-E.pdf
Looks like a disassembly is in order.
Thanks for your reply. No, other than to remove the drum and lime in order to troubleshootHave you detached or attached any lines or hardware to the furler recently?
Thanks for your reply. I’ve removed the drum and both the halyard swivel and track ring rote freely. It’s only the luff extrusion that won’t rotateI'm guessing bearings are contaminated or worn. Does it help to flush the drum with clean water?
Thanks for your reply. I’ve removed the drum entirely in order to troubleshootMay seem obvious but check the furling line to make sure it hasn’t over ridden itself in the drum. It could be binding.
Will do - thanksSuggest calling Furlex and talk with a technician.
You're welcome. Thanks for the reply. I’ve removed the drum and wanted to avoid ascending the mast.
Yah, I'd want to look at that forestay. It’s only the luff extrusion that won’t rotate
Thanks - I look for that the next time I’m out at the boat latter this weekMy guess is that the extrusion is hanging up on the rigging screw/turnbuckle. I've seen that happen before, if something slides down where it does not belong.
If this is the case, the extrusion will need to be slid up. I'm not sure if that means taking the forestay off, or perhaps only the bottom.
