Fuel tank sender gasket.

any recommendations for a gasket or gasket material for the sender on my plastic fuel tank??

NAILED IT! Some senders come with the gasket. Just need to punch hole in gasket based on sender screw pattern.

Any auto parts store will have a pack of several sheets of different types of gasket material in them. I can't imagine we don't all have one aboard for emergencies.
Anyway, for a plastic fuel tank sender gasket, I would use a cork one with the flexible PermaGasket, #2 I believe, on both surfaces. A good hole punch and a pair of scissors and you're done in a few minutes.
