Changed the exhaust on my 2007 C309 today. After only 530 hours I was amazed as to how clogged up it was. Recommend to anyone to at least check the elbow if your motor has done over 500 hours. The replacement was purchased through EBay from haileyseye in the USA.
The replacement is a very well made cast stainless steel complete with nipple and was fitted without any problems. It has a much smoother bore than the standard Yanmar part and hopefully will give a better service life.
