Exchange GPS antenna on Hunter 45CC

    Please tell me how to exchange GPS antenna on Hunter 45CC 2008. Mine is defect.

    Viktor, if you mean "how to replace" your GPS antenna, it would be helpful if you could post a picture of the unit. They are probably available on the store at this web site or from Defender.com online.
    If no picture is available, a brand name or detailed description of your current unit could be helpful in guiding you to a source.
    If they look like the pics below, it's a matter of how it mounts on your boat and how it connects to your display.

    You are going to have to remove the trim board from inside the aft cabin in order to gain access to unit and cabling

    When you say it is “defective”, how do uoi know this?
    Are you aware there is a replaceable 2032 coin cell battery inside?

    My electrician did not want to remove the trim board. He fastened the new GPS on a plastic ring mounted on the deck - work well!
