I'm going to purchase a g2 data card for my Garmin chart plotter. When I search for sellers of the card, The pricing is all over the place. From $90 to $399 for the card carrying the same stock #.

What's the difference? Older cards=produced b/4 2014?

I'm in the market as were . Colonial Beach
I am not sure what the difference is, but it could be what is loaded on the card. I would think that cards with more data loaded on them would be more expensive.

Choose the card that fits that area that you plan to cruise and then do a search of that particular card. You will probably get a lot of different prices and you can go with the best price that is the exact match to what you want.

I bought a cheap card for my Garmin in the car for driving in Europe. Turned out to be counterfeit. It didn't work and seller was gone. Buyer beware.
