Companionway skylight Hunter 29.5

would appreciate any recommendation on how I can clean the skylight above the companionway way. There are 2 layers of glass and there is dust etc. Trapped which is unsightly.

There are two ways that i figured out on my boat - 1 remove the sea hood and clean everything out Doraden etc. or poke a hose under the sea hood and just rinse it off.
