Companionway Gaskets - 2004 Hunter 41

Hi anyone - yes - it's leaking like a sieve seems to be missing a set of vertically-placed gaskets on the two doors and the on the top between those two doors and the plexiglass sliding hatch is huge. The gaskets (which looks like some type of fiber) ont he inside of the tracks for that plexglass sliding hatch are all worn out

Any suggestions anyone on where to gett hose parts or jury-rig something ? Just using hardware stood door gaskets don't hold up
