How do you access the 2019 update to the technical manual? I followed the directions but only found the technical article index with updated refs to 2019 articles. Is there actually a 2019 update to the technical manual , I am a member and have the 2017 update already.

One article of particular note to anyone who is looking to get into racing (like me) is the Buc-ee Racing Notes by Justin Chambers and Doug Thome. It's a study guide and checklist for running a National Championship boat. As someone new to sailing, racing and the Catalina 22 scene it's awesome how willing everyone, and especially those at the head of the fleet, are to share their knowledge and strategies.
