Catalina 16.5 rigging problems

There's a Capri 16.5 yahoo group that should have a copy of the manual & instructions. IIRC it's pretty basic. Hook up the stays on either side (can't remember which pin in the turnbuckle). Hook up the jib/forestay to the mast. Walk the mast up, then connect the forestay (furler drum in my case) to the stem fitting.
There's a line that goes across the stern and acts as a traveler, similar to a laser. A lot of folks put a couple knots in the line to limit how far the traveler block can go. Mainsheet should go to a swiveling cam cleat on a barney post in the cockpit.
Mine had a topping lift to hold the boom up at the dock. IIRC it had a loop in the end and just slid over the end of the boom.
