Looks small and too lightweight to be a brake or belay device of any significance. It does however look perfect for hooking to the main halyard and hauling a 100' of Christmas lights up the mast.

That's an easy one. It is for attaching the sheets to a jib clew. I could not find the exact image, but it's like this:

I have one just like it. It was part of lazy jack system meant to hold the jack lines at the end of the boom. I never used it .Can't remember the company but would make a good earring.

While I'm not much of a jewelry-wearer, it does have a sort of artisanal quality.

It appears to me to be a reefing hook. Maybe included as part of a lazy jack system but I can't find any lazy jack systems that show anything like that. A universal reefing hook looks a lot like that, however.
No exact matches, though.
