    Hi all,

My Bayfield 25 has an oversized prop fitted by the previous owner.

Do any of you know which prop size came as standard? Or where I can look to find the answer.

    Thanks,
    Howie

Most any prop shop will ask for the following specs:
    -Waterline length
    -displacement
    -engine brand, HP
    -max RPM
-reduction ration (plaque on transmission, 2.62:1 is one common one)

Any clearance issues that limit the diameter

Welcome aboard Howie. If you do not have the specs listed above, you might find them here - https://sailboatdata.com/sailboat/bayfield-25

Have you looked around the internet for Bayfield forums (other than here)? I did a little digging but not a serious digging.
