I recently purchased a 1974 O'day 20 and have come to realize the rear stay is missing I'm looking for measurements of over all stay and at what point the metal triangle is from bottom. I have no experience with sailboats so no idea angles to run lines and exedra so to have these measurements as a start point will be useful to understand initial set up thank you.

Thank you very much for the links joe and will I'm finding lots of useful information from them and see I can get a rigging manual for my boat I'm certainly going to order... And this site has been greatly informative also as I've never sailed lots of forums to help me get an understanding of sailing
