Anybody happen to have one of these outboards? My boat came with the motor detached. I know it has an electric start but can't find a diagram showing where to hook the + and - cables. I ordered a manual but was hoping somebody could snap a pic for me.

Have you taken the cowling off? It should be fairly obvious. If memory serves me correct the negative connects to the engine block and the positive connects to the starter solenoid.
BTW the tiller mounted switch seems to fail often. I mounted an external switch.

I did pull the cover. Maybe easier if I post a pic of what I have. I've never had an outboard so not exactly sure what I am looking at.
Here is where I assume the connection would be at. #4 goes to the starter. There is also a random connector by the dipstick.
It runs fine with the pull start but I want to get the magic button working.

It's #5 that connects to the positive if #4 goes to the starter. I would use #2 for the ground or maybe #1.
