What year boat, I've had two fridges on two different boats stop working ('87 Ericson and '93 Beneteau). Both times it was the control module. The module does have a fuse but it's probably the module. I forget if it's a 3 pin or 4 pin I think it's a 3 pin ont he late 80's early 90's units. Remove the plug that connects the module and count the pins. A new module can be bought for about 200 bucks, you may find one used on ebay for less but I'd buy new. Below is a pic of the bad one I removed.
Thnx for the reply. Our Oceanis 423 is a 2004. I’ll need to do some more digging...haven’t found a fuse or module yet. The boat is new to me so I’m in my learning curve.
Judging by the replies, your problem with the refrigerator compressor; not the refrigerator drain pump...correct? Also, this differs if you have the 2 cabin or 3 cabin model. On the 2 cabin model, if the problem really is the drain pump, it is wired into the same circuit as the shower sump pumps and activated by a small pushbutton between the stove and the sink. Make sure the shower sump pump circuit (see the 12 volt panel) is on.
