Hunter 26 ( what was mounted here)

On my hunter 26 on the port side (where the rope clutches) would normally go, these bracket remnants are left. Anyone have any idea what was mounted here?

It was this way when I got it.....

Normally rope clutches are on the cabin top. That looks like it may be some kind of click in place mount for a spin pole. Is there something similar near the bow?

nothing similar on the bow, I'm going to remove them and put rope clutches there, but was just wondering what could have been there ?

ok hard to tell in the picture but the black things are very small spring loaded cams or jamb cleat of some sort. Also note that the other plastic parts are color coded red for port side and green for starboard..... I have no idea ....

I think those are roller fairleads with a cam cleat.. Red/green rollers for "Furl/Un-furl" for a continuous furling line. I have seen such creatures but I can't find them now..
