WOW... That is a lot of free-board to be managing. Looks like she should have a square rig or junk rig. Since the ad sounds like she is a home built all sorts of questions come to mind.

Perhaps she would make an interesting Air B&B in a coastal town.

What I see is a wooden boat home built. And now everything is freshly painted over so a lot (if not all) mistakes, imperfections, errors made during construction are now hidden from view. Not a good start....

Ad says power by motor. No mention of sails or type of motor other than a few hours... I like the idea of a B&B on or near the water.

Certainly would not be a choice of mine to try and sail anywhere. YMMV...
