Ice Dragon Boats at the Ottawa Winterlude Festival.

Just found out about this exciting event and only 4.5 hours from my house. I'm going this year.

@Will Gilmore let me know if you are coming to Ottawa and need an excuse to drink beer.
I've paddled a few times in the Ottawa Dragon Boat Festival, but only on liquid water and that was several years ago.

Thanks DArcy, I'm waiting to see what the driving weather will be like before coming an Airbnb for that weekend. I'll be sure to keep you posted.

If only the Dinghy Derby was a closer drive. The Dragonboat Festival didn't work out due to bad driving weather.
Oh well, next year. Not going to wait that long for an excuse to have a beer with DArcy, though.
