Hunter 23 Rigging a spinnaker??

I just bought a 1986 Hunter 23. I would like to fly a spinnaker but I don't see a sheave in the mast. the boat has roller furling. How do I rig a halyard?

I added an external block about 6” above the forestay. You don’t want to go all the way to the masthead.

thanks for sharing. I figured thats what I would need to do. I have an asymmetrical as well. do you just run the halyard on the outside of the mast?

The ZSpar mast on my 23 has a fitting that has a sheave above and below the clevis pin for the forestay, though since I have no spin there is no halyard in the upper. I suppose one can retrofit to one of these if you object to a spin halyard outside the mast.
