Masthead Sheave and mast blocks, do they need to be replaced?

Have the mast out and taking a closer look.

The masthead sheaves are powdery and cracked. I think the picture gives a good view.

The 2 blocks also look like they are much smaller in diameter then what they should be.

At the Dwyer site you can get a lot of information.

By measuring the mast it seems it is a DM-284 type mast. Can anyone confirm this for me?

It appears that you can replace just the sheaves. If you click on the masthead it comes up with a parts breakdown and you can order pins and sheaves.
Anyone have experience drilling out the stainless pins holding the sheaves in place?

So I am planning on getting the masthead sheaves and the 2 blocks. Plus the rivets needed.
I need to find out who I know with the proper rivet tool.

Thanks!
